Home Inspections are one of the most important methods to understand the conditions of a property and its relation to the price. The Real Estate Inspection Group, Inc. is the largest property inspection company in Northern California using only Licensed General Contractors or Full ASHI® members for these inspections. We inspect apartment buildings and commercial buildings up to 100,000 square feet. Our inspectors are qualified to give you a complete structural, roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC inspection of your property. All commercial inspections comply to ASTM E-1028 Standards, and come with pictures of any problem areas. We work with a number of commercial real estate companies and property management firms. We can also provide with seismic risk analysis.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Very few home owners have the time or technical training to properly maintain a house, especially if the house is a vacation rental or second home. The Real Estate Inspection Group, Inc. has developed a program specifically designed to help you understand the overall condition of your house. We will recommend any claims that should be filed with a home warranty company, suggest on-going maintenance, warn you of urgently needed repairs, and assist you to get those repairs completed. This annual inspection will take approximately one hour, and includes a 5-6 page written report.
