We have the largest number of inspectors serving the Greater San Francisco area, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Monterey County and San Benito County. Because of our large size, we are able to schedule your inspection at a time and day of your choosing.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

All our inspectors are licensed General Contractors, licensed Engineers, and/or full members of the American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI®. All our inspectors carry Errors and Omissions insurance to help guarantee that you will be fully protected.

 

REPORTS

Our group of inspectors is well known for their patience and understanding in offering not only a written report, but ins answering all the questions you may have. We always encourage you to attend the inspection as this offers an excellent opportunity to talk to the inspector directly. Your report will be completed with text and photographs within 48 hours of the inspection. We can email the report directly to you (see the sample report) and it can also be stored for you on our website for future use (with password protection).

Of particular importance is the use of the ASHI® Standards in all our reports, and we invite you to check the "ASHI® Standards" page on our website for more information regarding this important aspect of our reports.
